How far in advance can I book?
Pickups are booked at least 2 weeks ahead. We'll only show available slots.
Do I need to list items?
Trade-ins don't need item lists. Donations use one photo per box.
When will I receive credits?
After inspection, typically 4-8 weeks after pickup.
Do you pay cash?
No. We issue store credits only.
What condition is accepted?
Items must be clean and usable. See our condition guide.
What happens to items you can't accept?
They are not returned and will be responsibly recycled or donated.
How long does donation allocation take?
We allocate a pickup in 2-4 weeks and you'll confirm the suggested slot.
What about valuations?
Valuations are temporarily paused while we launch pickup booking.
